今晚官塘朋友聚會,地點訂在這家餐廳。餐廳環境古樸, 模擬古代青青灰灰的磚頭呢!暗紅色的枱椅, 好有古董傢具FEEL.唔知那些叫酸枝定係花梨了!由於他們早到,已經點好菜了。當中有個特別的魚,令我印象深刻。柚子黃花魚做法有點似東北菜<火龍魚>。都是先將原條大魚2側魚肉界花後,沾粉油炸, 魚肉成松子狀,再配上酸酸甜甜的芡汁。東北菜火龍魚上桌時,魚身更會燃點火焰。這個則用上身形較細小的黃花魚,每邊起4刀,炸至金黃色。色水較淺色,看來炸得剛剛好。魚皮剛炸至起卜卜, 脆脆的表面, 很方便沾上柚子醬汁呢!但中間魚肉仍很滑, 亦較少魚骨.(東北火龍魚炸到魚肉硬掘掘, 又多骨) 以柚子肉調制的少少酸少少辣芡汁,口味清新得來亦醒胃,比較適合香港人的口味。就當做fusion菜吧!
