最近朋友睇雜誌發現Flaneur依間餐廳,再上上網睇風評幾好,而且,二百零蚊就有一道有5款海產嘅海鮮拼盤,睇雜誌介紹仲唔喺用普通貨色,性價比非常高,所以,走訪一試。餐廳位處幽靜嘅官涌街,外貌有啲法式小館嘅影子,故此,都唔難搵。室內以黑白為主調,最特別喺窗口採全開放式,再加置少少盆栽,加添清新氣息。配合柔和嘅燈光,以及輕漫嘅音樂,使氣氛輕鬆。不過,溫馨提示,因為窗口外設吧位,又俾人食煙,故遇上有人食煙,坐晌較近門口位置嘅地方,會聞到輕徹煙味,亦因此,我哋都要求調到最入嘅餐枱避一避。餐廳好簡單,一面喺食物:前菜、意大利麵、主菜、燒烤、甜點,選項唔算多,屬貴精不貴多嘅格局。另一面就喺飲品:紅白餐酒、香檳、啤酒、烈酒、雞尾酒、汽水、果汁……等等,選擇算多。就算唔嚟食嘢,都好啱飲吓酒嘅朋友。此外,每日3:00pm-8:00pm更設有歡樂時光,啤酒配串燒,都只喺賣$48,定價吸引。就算以上優惠唔啱,有唔少飲品晌歡樂時光時段都有優惠價,所以,我哋都揀咗啲非酒精雞尾酒嚟飲。Green Summer Cooler $45(正價$55)外面天氣鬼咁熱,故揀杯涼透心嘅Green Summer Cooler降

老友杯點咗Rose Ladies ,佢話上網睇人貼出嚟嘅相好靚,就哋呢個原因揀佢。用咗玫瑰糖漿、荔枝糖漿、紅莓汁同菠蘿汁溝成,再放上幾玫瑰花瓣,的確好吸晴。味道方面,清味帶果香,微微酸感覺唔錯。

老友未食過墨西哥烤餅,所以,對此菜式頗好奇,雖然佢擺晌主菜類,但似前菜多啲。一客有3件,薄薄哋咁填滿咖喱雞肉,啲烤餅外皮頗脆口,雞肉亦嫩滑,但最欣賞喺再混入菠蘿,晌咖喱中添加一份清甜味。

小弟就喜歡食肉,所以,揀半份烤美國豬背骨,而全份就賣$158,但兩個人食半份就啱啱好,半份有4支骨。因喺豬背骨,比豬肋骨厚肉啲,所以啖啖肉,落刀嗰吓已感受到啲肉好鬆化,輕易骨肉分離,食落果真軟腍鬆化,口感一流,又帶有濃濃煙燻香味,伴菜嘅栗米亦好清甜,無話燒乾水,依道菜絕對值得推介

萬眾期待嘅烤海鮮拼盤卒之登場,亦喺今晚嚟呢度嘅目標,現場睇見份拼盤跟睇相真喺有少少感覺唔同,震撼感會多啲。整份拼盤早已晌餐牌寫明有全條烤魚、蠔、帶子、珍寶蝦及軟殼蟹,墊底有唔少沙律菜,但無作任何醬汁調味,亦無葡萄伴碟,依個細節位執執感覺更好。

同以蒜蓉嚟做,蠔味都幾夠,但小弟就覺得可以考慮改改配煙肉碎,鹹香嘅煙肉更能吊出蠔味,而且,唔使跟帶子咁又喺蒜蓉嘛!

見人哋啲食評寫喺日本嘅「喜之次」,可謂不惜工本,但唔知喺咪成本問題,抑或來貨問題,是夜嘅全魚只喺日本花魚,簡單開邊灑鹽燒,賣相好睇。魚肉嘅口感較實淨,但魚味濃,卻有啲鹹,若非插咗支燒烤叉,可能錯以為喺「一夜干」呀,哈哈!

餐廳嘅甜品選擇唔多,就只有3款,雖然當中嘅烤焦糖菠蘿喺店方推介,但我哋就想見識吓個棉花糖香蕉朱古力批多啲。熱烘烘出場,面層鋪滿棉花糖,散發出陣陣香味,一羹插到底,有類似布朗尼墊底,再一層香蕉果肉,不過,啲棉花糖化得好快,下面嘅香蕉同朱古力漿又融為一體,所以,啲相影得麻麻,但個朱古力批真心好食,濃香濕潤,不過,要有少少心理準備,因夾雜好多棉花糖,喺少少偏甜。

整晚嘅上菜速度啱啱好,一道菜接一道菜,不急不緩,食得好輕鬆,而侍應嘅招呼好到位,添水、換碟都做到足,又好禮貌,讓人感覺自在。加上環境、食物都好,真喺官涌街一個小發現,值得再嚟
