Capraccio of Hokkaido Scallaps, with Truffle, Sea Urchin Incream. 帶子新鮮. 簿切. 海膽同雪糕都配合到帶子嘅味道同口感. 松露俾到嘅香味同帶子好夾. 有特色. 整體比 Blue Shrimp Tartare優勝.Vegetable “Tian”. 蔬菜. 不過不失.Pithivier of Pigeon and Foie Gras, French Puff Pastry. 乳鴿配鵝肝. 好多法國菜都係咁配. 鵝肝味道濃郁. 乳鴿肉質嫩滑. 每一啖都要有鵝肝同乳鴿一齊先好食. 酥皮就再加強口感.整體食物質素唔錯. 係餐廳環境比較迫, 洗手間係餐廳外面. 扣咗分. 餐廳只好專注食物同酒.
