To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超值套餐$50有餸有飯有湯，仲可以叫特價小食。素湯清甜，好味道。汽水$6罐。A 客家咸雞，脾翼尖位好滑，但胸位稍嚡，咸味夠唔會死咸，好啱送飯（飯好大碗）。C 支竹蝴蝶腩，牛腩炆得夠淋又入味，個汁又係勁啱送飯。另外叫咗3款小食，有2款係特價小食。黃金蟹盒（$20，2件起），其他地方比較少見嘅菜式。咬開有蟹肉，聞落幾香蟹味，食落都有少少蟹味，不錯。客家釀豆腐（$10），味道正常，沒有太大驚喜。蜆蚧鯪魚球（$22），蜆蚧唔過咸而且酒味濃，鯪魚球同樣味道正常（最重要冇碎骨）。3款小食都係即叫即制，上枱時熱辣辣。
