最近土瓜灣開咗間外賣店,以客家風味為主,門外掛着一個個木牌展示食物種類,有秋冬限定嘅羊腩煲,新張優惠招牌手撕雞半隻$55-,口水雞1隻只係$70蚊,的確抵食,買幾個返屋企做晚餐。秋冬羊腩飯,不時不食,秋冬季節當然要個羊腩飯,羊腩好入味炆得腍,份量幾多,而且有冬菇、竹筍、枝竹同馬蹄,配菜都夠晒入味,而且飯餸分開,咁就可以多啲汁,返到屋企依然新鮮熱辣辣。招牌手撕雞本身有咸味,雞有咬口而嫩滑,加入芝麻同醬汁,好食。咸酸菜炆豬肉,又係正宗客家菜之一,咸菜咸味適中而爽脆,豬腩肉夠入味,肥瘦恰當啖啖肉香同油香送飯一流。特別一提,白飯用荷葉包住蒸煮,保持濕度仲有淡淡嘅荷葉清香。
