To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做完運動，欲輕輕食點東西填飽肚子，去元気食壽司其實是不錯的選擇，食多食少自己話事。這間高速線是掃QR code點餐。大半年之前，餐廳每個位都有個電腦架的，拆完長方形架，再拆支棍，最後清空所有相關裝修，相信是科技發展得太快。最喜歡食玉子壽司，如果質素好的話，熱騰騰的玉子，咬下去啖啖肉，軟諗諗，又有新鮮的雞蛋味，可惜光顧過此元気店幾次，每一次的玉子已變硬，完全沒有質感，失望。原來，2019年3至12月第一個星期三幫襯，有八折的，有著數唔好蝕。
