Odelice! 是法式咖啡店餐廳,主打亞洲風味的家庭式法國料理,在上海有3家分店。2014年登陸香港,在灣仔小巷的分店頗有名氣。今天與朋友來到THE ONE分店嚐嚐。炙燒吞拿魚尼斯沙律的吞拿魚是厚切,口感不俗,上面有大量黑椒碎,襯托出吞拿魚的鮮味。沙律菜新鮮爽脆,配上青椒、車厘茄、洋蔥及雞蛋,色彩繽紛,口感豐富。配上酸甜的醬汁,非常開胃。威靈頓烤嫰羊柳以酥皮包裹著羊肉條,賣相一流。羊肉質地軟嫩,羊羶味不會過重。酥皮帶微脆,伴著肉汁及底部椰菜絲吃,口感特別,令人回味無窮。黑松露薯條炸得香脆,配松露蛋黃醬吃更是美味。不過薯條要趁熱吃,不然冷了底部有些油膩。波特菇雜菌意粉配黑松露忌廉汁,棒上時香條四溢。意粉軟硬度剛好,入口很彈牙,掛汁力強。黑松露忌廉汁濃稠適中,不會過咸。加上大量雜菌和沙律菜,美味又不失健康。吃完主食,便向甜點進發。法式可麗餅向來是法國菜的代表甜品之一,當然不能錯過。餐牌上共有十多款口味可供選擇,讓人看得眼花撩亂。點了朱古力醬,海鹽焦糖,杏仁配雲呢嗱雪糕。可麗餅煎得香軟,口感煙煙韌韌。海鹽焦糖醬甜中帶鹹,增加了層次感。杏仁片份量下得慷慨,口感不俗。餐廳的Tiramisu是自

餐廳的Tiramisu是自家製,咖啡味香,酒味不算太濃,也不會過甜。Mascarpone打得香軟厚滑,Lady Finger濕潤度適中,配著紅莓醬吃很醒胃。

新鮮蘋果茶以壺上,不但份量十足,而且能保持熱度。蘋果味濃帶酸,清新可口,與紅茶非常搭配,是飯後最佳之選。
