這次來到銅鑼灣樓上舖覓食~地方不算大,勝在整齊簡約,比地舖多一份清幽。家庭式餐廳,店主一家三口也在,邊招呼客人邊陪幼女玩耍,好溫馨的畫面海膽刺身 $58先點一客刺身開胃~有兩大片鮮甜海膽,入口溶化,配生菜、青瓜和紫菜,感覺清新。紫薯甘粟餅 $33新鮮熱辣,吉列外皮炸得剛好,香脆而不會太油或太乾;紫薯蓉軟熟,內有粒粒栗子肉豐富口感,只有一件著實不夠。石板黑松露牛油帶子 $88以石板端上,熱騰騰,吱吱作響,一直冒煙,等了一會才拍到清晰的照片~帶子大大粒,肉質鮮嫩,每隻上面也有黑松露;醬汁帶淡淡牛油味,調味得宜,墊底的娃娃菜盡收醬汁清華,重口味的我覺得黑松露味可以更濃。吉列牛柳粒 $68 新鮮炸起,香噴噴,啖啖肉。牛柳肉質鬆軟,吉列皮香脆;這裡的炸物香口得來又不會太油膩汁燒白鱔 $78白鱔燒得油潤,肉質肥美細嫩,紋理分明;醬汁惹味,鹹度適中。只有一串實在不夠,下次可點原條鰻魚石鍋飯,吃到飽~心之蛋卷 $88口感介乎玉子燒與奄列之間,蛋香軟滑。一切開半熟蛋漿和流心芝士溢出,內有三文魚和蟹籽,倍添鹹香。看起來不算很大份,但十分果腹。燒秋葵 $38大快朵頤後要吃秋葵幫助消化,加了木魚絲增加口感味道
