To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

容易搵位既酒樓 - 煌府

約朋友在尖沙咀飲茶，點知12:30沒到已經要等位，急問在附近返工的朋友，會不會有什麼地方會有位，本身不抱希望，畢竟午飯時間，到處都人多。朋友說去廣東道煌府!入了酒樓，即時有位，還安排了我們坐在"主家席"上，高人一等。這家酒樓之前應該在北京道一號，應該最近搬來廣東道，裝修很新，也算有心思。跟以前在北京道時一樣，容易找到位子。可能跟食物質素有關。 說難食又不是，點了個時蔬是菜芯，都幾爽甜，奇是奇在明明是銀杏，最後上來變了菇菇；菜苗餃都不錯，菜仍然是爽的。其他就很一般了，粉果蒸得過火了，馬拉糕份量好小，牛肉腸、紅豆沙完全無意見，知道是在吃食物。還有那茶，都改成茶包，沒所謂，但茶只有顏色完全沒有茶應該有的茶味。另外，本來點了個蛋散結果漏單，結帳時當然要驗查並要求改單。2個人6個點心，承惠每位$103，位處廣東道，算了。
