To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到寓工作於搵食第五篇,因應最近疫情真係少咗出去食,盡量外賣返公司啦!但老實坐低食梗係新鮮熱辣啲啦😝今次嚟到諸聖堂坐低食返個招牌滑蛋飯先!選擇有唔少,都係常餐同碟頭飯🍴但講到招牌除了用上日本蛋烹調滑蛋,連叉.燒都係自家製👍🏻佢招牌之一有叉燒蝦仁日本滑蛋飯,一次過食哂兩款口㗎,不過我今次專一啲揀🌟自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯$56 (凍飲加$2)看得見流質的蛋液,非常嫩滑,自製叉燒濕潤一啲都唔乾同鞋口,加埋入口香甜不過膩豉油絕對提升哂成個飯層次!重點係食到尾,豉油都蘸滿每粒飯粒👍🏻😋唯一真係要彈可能係蛋味唔係特別濃,但overall都足夠拎💯分!

重點係食到尾,豉油都蘸滿每粒飯粒👍🏻😋

唯一真係要彈可能係蛋味唔係特別濃,但overall都足夠拎💯分!
