To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日天氣好好，朋友相约去跑馬地附近逛逛。她說要介紹一間實而不華的上海小館食個晏，隨著她引路經過一些横街，看到一個黑白招牌“上海弄堂菜肉餛飩”，食館外表簡约。朋友說一定点餛飩因為招牌菜，所以我們order 一個素菜餛飩， 真的沒有介紹錯，餛飩内有木耳齋菜，素菜得嚟都好有豐富口感。跟住再來一個黄金排骨擔擔麵， 有小辣中辣大辣我哋揀咗小辣， 辣味剛剛好，排骨非常鬆化香脆，擔擔麵麵質彈牙， 好惹味。這兩款都是set lunch可以挑選，加一蚊有一杯熱豆漿， 另外我哋再order一客小籠包和齋素鵝， 這個午餐非常豐富
