To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

辛勞了一整個星期餓足了一天，OT 完後要快快搵野食終於臨離開前試了這間晏晝門口總是很多人排隊無法啦～都叫Element 新餐廳今次21:30 先入黎好彩1個人，餐廳侍應都無藐我咁夜阻人收工咩我都好乖22:30 前食完離座侍應態度都算好好另外要讚，很喜歡他們如日本一樣關心經常要一個人食飯的心情有唔少單邊位讚因為黎梗皮膚要keep 住靚所以唔可以試佢地嘅主打天婦羅住但望到呢個menu, 簡直為為食妹而設有牛有蟹有帆立貝呀。。好啦，我要對自己好一點點了鱈場蟹帆立貝丼食材標明是日本送來帆立貝大隻、鮮甜而且夠多鱈場蟹蟹腳夠大隻肉夠多，味道一樣好甜為食妹唔鍾意食飯但都食左成大碗飯幸好。海鮮不會太肥哦另外跟丼上的味噌湯料沒有馬虎的味道不似是用粉沖出來的十勝牛。為食妹下次再來
