臨近新年,普天同慶,我同朋友就食返餐好既提早收爐,適逢而家冇咗晚市堂食,咁我哋唯有試吓佢嘅午市日式鐵板燒,我哋就揀左$568加一既鐵板餐首先係前菜三小點,最上面係煙燻雞肉剌身、中間係茄子、最下面係炸蟹仔,三種唔同嘅口感,可以食出不同層次刺身就有三款,有甜蝦、吞拿魚蝦肉爽滑彈牙,吞拿魚無根海葡萄沙律有新鮮既沙律菜,仲有食落去傻傻聲既海葡萄,可以清清個口,迎接黎緊既主菜終於到師傅出場啦,佢既鬼斧神工,三兩下手勢就將新鮮既帶子推至高峰帶子鮮甜,菠菜係底就可以吸哂d帶子精華,帶子食起上黎又唔會油一個平平無奇嘅白飯,混合左櫻花蝦、蔥粒、酸梅醬,炒完之後估唔到可以咁夾師傅仲得登炒乾身啲,炒到有埋飯焦,仲可以配埋鰹魚湯變茶漬飯添,一飯兩食
