To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出左新野, 仲要係哩幾年好HIT既酸菜魚湯底, 梗係要試下啦打開黎睇, 個樣都幾精神, 可能又紅又綠又黃咁啦. 今次叫左中辣既, 食落去就無乜魚味, 可能中辣味蓋過左卦. 整體黎講, 其實同平時既湯底差唔多味, 只係多左少少泡椒既咸味. 不過佢將D泡椒切左粒狀, 所以有機會會咬倒, 而帶出左個苦味來, SO FAR SO GOOD既, 始終都係原味辣湯底係最好味. 不過有新野就點都會試試佢既.
