在香港,如果想一面欣賞開陽無敵維港美景、一面品嚐對自己口味的日本料理,The One19樓的海賀是其中一間會自然浮現腦海的。海賀裝修時尚優雅,高樓底加上落地大玻璃外的開陽靚景。無論午餐抑或晚餐氣氛都很棒,白天自然光下心曠神怡,而夜晚又多份浪漫感,用餐環境實在相當不錯。這夜走進餐廳時,已經被門前的「宮崎和牛宴」餐牌吸引了!8道菜中,除了前菜厚燒玉子和甜品外,其他全部都是牛!牛!牛!大家都被引得牛癮大起,一於就點這「宮崎和牛宴」,每位$1180。我們另外也加點了小食拼盤和刺身拼盤各一客,滿足一下吃日本菜一定要吃點魚生、刺身等才夠過癮的朋友 我們所選的3款小食,當中有經典小食枝豆與雞泡魚乾,亦適合佐酒。我們這日這款紫蘇梅酒,入口香甜,但預期的紫蘇香味不太突出。至於最後一款小食南蠻雞,輕輕炸過的雞肉肉質juicy,蘸著蒜香濃郁的醬汁,雖然與我在九州宮崎吃到的風格有點不一樣,海賀這版本也是頗惹味的。南蠻雞與宮崎和牛都是宮崎美食代表,在吃宮崎和牛前吃到南蠻雞,讓這夜更有味遊宮崎的感覺。刺身拼盤選了左口魚、牡丹蝦和吞拿魚腩拖羅。3款都用料新鮮,尤其軟糯甜美的牡丹蝦更是我的最愛。正式開始吃「宮崎和牛宴
