To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得放工會想出尼行下，所以就搵左個朋友一齊行，最後去左搵野食，上次係到過拉麵幾好食，諗住食多次，不過唔見左了，唯有睇下格離左右有咩食！ 最後見到有間台灣菜就入左去食我地兩個人各自叫左個麵加小食，好飽麻辣牛肋條麵有辣醬嫁幼面，唔會好淋，有咬口？麵嘅份量都多！麻辣味都出，牛肋條唔會好韌，夠入味番茄牛肉麵加青瓜小食平時食開係牛腩位，不過依到係食牛𦟌肉口感挺淋的，有咬口但又唔韌，牛𦟌份量較蛋月，番茄湯底唔算太濃，不過都可以接要麵我揀左台灣粗麵，以為係類似寬條麵咁，點知係烏冬尼牛三寶拼盤三寶有牛肋條，牛𦟌，牛筋其實除左牛筋，其餘兩樣都係我地碗麵有嘅餸😿牛筋夠淋但有啲鹹，牛𦟌同牛筋條都同我地碗麵差唔多，只係麵果到有湯浸住味道會再濃
