To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港島區從來都不是我熟迫地方，但在鰂魚涌附近返工嘅朋友總會找到好野食，今次就去食新加坡菜! 其實除左肉骨茶，我分晤出咩食物系馬來西亞來的，咩食物系新加坡來的。藥材味濃的系馬來西亞肉骨茶，胡椒味的系新加坡肉骨茶。我比較中意馬來西亞肉骨茶，我老公中意新加坡肉骨茶，好在人夠多可以叫曬兩款。鐘意重藥材味嘅肉骨茶，呢間真係好好飲！因為真係真材實料，而且紅棗杞子都好甜！全鍋都比我清曬！正！胡椒味好處系驅風，對我地成日坐office的打工仔來講都系恩物。呢間味道剛剛好，晤會太辣!我對呢碗喇沙簡直愛不釋手，個湯底未免太犯規了！香濃而不膩，仲食到淡淡蝦香，而且有米粉米線兩種粉，好好食！仲要有蝦,魚蛋等等配料，好豐富阿!之前見到海南雞上面層啫喱係骨膠原，今次食時候特別注意，補下都好! 雞好食又夠嫩滑，醬料都OK…不過我中意更濃味道。呢個小食拼盤好健康，好多水果，又番石榴..青蘋果…波蘿…而且個豆腐好好食，個麻醬用得好好啊!整體而言，呢度坐得舒服，食物好食，飲品種類多又好味道，最適合朋友gathering，難怪星期日晚都人頭湧湧！
