To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期天☀️，睡醒已是11:00，都過了早餐時段，便打算去吃中午飯，小朋友們👧🏻👦🏻便說要去吃「🐮牛奶冰室」，因為是他們近期的至愛飯堂。還好，剛剛有張六人枱，小朋友們都愛吃豬扒，便點了兩份焗一口豚肉意粉（香濃蕃茄汁），婆婆點了鮮茄🍅滑蛋豆腐鮮牛肉湯飯，爸爸點了芥菜咸蛋肉片湯飯，而媽媽愛吃酸菜魚湯跟白飯。中途有一個笑點，就是媽媽大鄉里出城，她不知道檸檬茶是新鮮冷壓製，沒有加檸檬片🍋，真的比笑死了😆。今次是媽媽第一次跟我們去吃牛奶冰室，她說這環境很舒適，食物方面都好味，賣相都吸引，下次來試試他們的晚餐。
