食開紅墈冰室嘅午餐,比我嘅感覺係廚房有心煮餸,整體水準唔錯。唔知晚市小菜又係點樣嘅呢?今日一於走去試吓。椒鹽魷魚:先講賣相,確實係幾唔錯,而茶餐廳質素依然,可以拎滿分。味道方面,蒜蓉炸得香脆,魷魚嚥靭,外皮炸得香脆,但唔會太厚。唔會太鹹,可惜辣味唔係好夠,但係整體而言係幾好食。魚香茄子煲:煲仔菜當然係貪佢夠熱夠鑊氣先至叫架啦。有時候,去到一啲大型連鎖快餐店order咗煲仔菜,但係竟然唔係滾住上。呢度嘅煲仔菜就唔同啦,以我叫嘅魚香茄子煲為例,上枱嘅時候仍然係滾住嘅,香噴噴,香氣令人想食多幾碗飯。賣相方面,麻麻地。味道方面,魚香唔係幾夠,但係咸味同埋辣味嘅平衡做得唔錯,唔會太鹹,有唔會太辣,算係幾啱一家大細食嘅一個魚香茄子煲。不過,叫得煲仔菜,最主要都係食佢個鑊氣嘅者。菠蘿咕嚕肉:唔講咁多,講下賣相先,攞滿分!presentation好似酒店嘅中菜廳咁樣,茶餐廳做到呢一個水準係難得一見,抵讚! 口感方面,豬肉炸得夠火喉,外皮香脆,可惜嘅係太多骨。配料唔會話炒得太腍,洋蔥同埋三色椒都保留著一定程度嘅脆口,就好似食緊沙律嘅洋蔥一樣咁脆。味道方面,甜酸味道夠balance,最重要係唔會話太酸,啱
