To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚想食越南菜,出左荃灣食小越廚,點左個二人套餐,豐富到放滿一枱都係,碟碟都好大碟,唔怪得枱枱都叫啦!228元真係超抵食,兩個主食,我地簡左招牌火車頭湯檬粉,湯底用上新鮮牛骨熬製而成,配上牛筋,美國肥牛片及牛筋丸。另一個就叫左越式椰香黃咖喱豬扒配法包,咖喱香甜唔辣,外脆內軟的法包沾上咖喱汁,碰撞出不一樣的火花。奉送的青木瓜沙律,沒想過會是這麼大碟,這個前菜足夠讓我們瞬間打開食慾😂加左30元升級小食,就可以食到生蝦刺身,仲要有10隻咁多,完全足夠滿足我們。仲有泰式燒豬頸肉,是我們最愛的一道泰國菜之一,吃起來外酥內嫰,配上甜辣醬,風味讓人難忘😌套餐還包埋特飲,來杯滋潤龍眼冰及咸檸七😋食飽飽後,再到沙咀道年宵市場逛逛😊
