To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黑醬油半熟蛋拉麵，湯底特別，有別於一般厚脂豬骨湯底，魚醬烹調煮成的湯底香味不是非常濃烈，麵條粗而彈牙，配合剛半熟的流心蛋，和偏瘦肉汁重的叉燒尚算好吃。值得一提是店主非常喜歡變形金剛，連紫菜也印上logo，有大細路風範。富山餃子🥟果然是招牌菜，一吃便知是新鮮手製，形狀不一，但皮薄餡靚，新鮮煎好熱辣辣卜卜脆。芝士蟹柳卷，材料雖然簡單，但落足車打芝士，外皮紫菜亦香脆可口，是認真用心烹調的小吃！小食非常有水準！大大力推薦！
