To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 12/11 上次試了魚湯,今次試埋莞茜湯.試過牛肉,今次試雙併,牛肉併豚肉.46元.由於雙併關係,好明顥牛肉少左.先講豚肉切得幾薄,味道不錯,幾滑.牛肉今次無上次咁好食,少了點肥肉,沒有咁甘香.菜方面多了好多節瓜.魚片頭同埋魚蛋今次彈牙好多,不錯.至於湯底莞茜湯唔多夠味,還是上次的魚湯好味一點下次都係食番牛肉配魚湯算了
