To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍了，突然心血來潮想食碗湯米線暖下個身，於是決定幫襯下久違的三哥。然而餐廳已滿坐，門外又有好多人等位，於是便買外賣回公司吃。自問自己本身食唔到辣，但又想暖暖胃，所以便試下要一個麻辣10小辣米線，配牛肉和豆腐卜。外賣大概等了15分鐘就做好了。回到公司，打開外賣盒，發覺湯還是熱的，但吃起來一點辣味、辣油的痕跡也沒有，估計大廚應該少許辣油都冇放。總括來說，味道還是不錯的，但本身叫左的微辣米線變成了平平無奇的清湯米線，感到少許無奈和失望。
