To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 望到條魚柳勁幼,真係咁幼,真係得一條,仲要厚炸粉,個魚柳可能只有一隻外賣膠匙羹咁大🫠,而且魚柳口感都有d乾,又細又乾,味道係咸,雖然都預咗係雪藏魚,但有d炸魚柳係可以好juicy,但係我覺得自己食緊厚粉炸鹹魚粟米汁好多嘅,好似食緊粟米羹送飯咁,入面除咗粟米粒就只有大概三嚿紫洋蔥粒,陳皮魚蛋咁大粒,可能焗唔熟,又冇預先煮過,咬落去又硬,仲好辣,即刻吐出嚟條魚柳大概食咗三啖到左右,之後就覺得好空虛,我一定唔會再食呢個焗飯😩

粟米汁好多嘅,好似食緊粟米羹送飯咁,入面除咗粟米粒就只有大概三嚿紫洋蔥粒,陳皮魚蛋咁大粒,可能焗唔熟,又冇預先煮過,咬落去又硬,仲好辣,即刻吐出嚟
