To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五晚終於可以出街食飯喇,我同朋友買咗戲飛喺iSQUARE睇戲,所以就順便喺商場搵嘢食。實不相瞞我哋好耐都冇嚟過呢個商場,因為佢近年十室九空🙈,不過講到最旺場嘅餐廳非「上海婆婆336」莫屬。餐廳佔地面積非常大,分咗兩邊用餐區域,但基本上全場爆滿,人氣極高👏,可算係同商場形成強烈對比,哈哈。呢度係一間新派上海菜館🥢,行工業風裝修風格,簡單舒服唔造作。餐廳採用QR Code落單📱,但同時亦提供實體餐牌,以方便參閲。齋睇定價我已經覺得餐廳好鬼抵食,大部份菜式一百蚊有找,而且佢哋全部都大大碟,實屬性價比高👍。四川蕃茄牛肉($75),餐廳有唔少牛肉菜式,我揀咗蕃茄呢款🍅,因為比較少見,不過佢唔係港式蕃茄湯通粉嗰隻味道。另一邊廂,辣度亦有得揀,小辣果然符合期望,老少咸宜,但都要小心辣椒啊。最後,我想講主角牛肉多到一個點🥩,粗略估計可能有接近廿片,而且每片大小厚薄適中,牛味濃郁,肉質細嫩。佢份量仲多過出面餐廳幾百蚊一大窩嗰啲水煮菜式!小排骨擔擔麵($68),餐廳有多款麵食選擇🍜,佢嘅拉麵係手造,而非機制,誠意十足。麵條長長的,麵質軟身,掛湯度高。擔擔湯底偏杰身,花生醬味濃稠,但就唔算好辣,所以食落

總括嚟講,上海婆婆336好高質,讓人喜出望外😍。佢座落於尖沙咀大商場內,但竟然以大眾化價錢,為大家帶嚟正宗上海美食🇨🇳。餐廳名叫336,諧音為謝謝儂,銳意做好每一道菜色以答謝顧客嘅支持,佢果然做得到!
