K11 Musea嘅Foodcourt選擇眾多,今次👧🏻同媽媽就去咗試新開嘅”鍋點”,試下呢間以創新Fusion嘅方式去呈現傳統經典嘅中菜食物🥘。🌟 斤両•鮑汁花膠刺參撈飯 魚翅撈飯👧🏻就未食過,但係花膠刺參花菇撈飯👧🏻就食過啦🤣!花膠用上金龍魚花膠筒,彈牙又重膠質;刺參爽口厚肉。花菇同樣厚肉,略有少少草青味。用埋鮑魚汁精華嚟撈飯,充滿鮮味。🌟 八年陳皮砵酒燉牛臉頰用砵酒嚟煮牛臉頰🐮絕對係一個聰明之舉,牛臉頰燉至非常軟腍,略帶少量酒香+充滿骨膠原。而伴隨嘅白蘿蔔🥕煮至通透,冇渣又入味,索曬醬汁嘅精華。🌟 杞淮蟲草花燉花膠 燉湯用料極豐富,除咗有海量嘅蟲草花、原隻花膠筒,仲有杞子、淮山同埋瘦肉。味道十分鮮甜,蟲草花嘅菇菌味頗突出,非常養生滋潤😍。🌟 珍菌雲腿燉冬瓜湯 夏天嚟到就緊係要飲下冬瓜湯消暑。用上各種菌類、雲腿,味道同樣鮮甜。冬瓜湯冇咩草青味,而雲腿嘅咸香令冬瓜湯味道更具層次。🌟 藤椒鮑魚鮑魚份量唔算多,大概有4-5片。藤椒嘅香氣芬香撲鼻,比其他平時用嘅川式香料較柔和,花椒油份量亦比較少,所以唔會搶咗主角鮑魚嘅風頭。鮑魚爽口,配上麻香花椒油同萵筍絲,整個配搭頗新鮮。🌟 黃金蝦多士蝦
