第一次去洲際酒店是到Steak House Winebar+Grill吃生日飯,無論是食物質素、環境和服務都留下了深刻的印象,所以一直都想試試這間酒店的其他餐廳。今日抹茶癮起,想起這裡有個Simply T-set怡茶敍,就決定到這裡去~之前睇食評得知很多食友都要預早一兩個星期book位,想不到今天即日也可訂位,可能是父親節既關係,大家都留肚食晚飯吧!出發到酒店時下起大雨,破壞了風和日麗的週日美境,但精緻的食物加上侍應們親切有禮的服務,為這個下午茶昇華了不少。點了個SIMPLY T-set ($508/2),包括兩抹茶飲品,可配利招園綠茶、咖啡、抹茶飲品第一行左起:Houjicha miso macaron, Red bean wagashi, Sake Kasu Tamago, Coconut taro roll第二行左起:Salmon on endive, Foie Gras Dorayaki, Crab Avocado Tofu, Fried cheddar toast, Lobster Manju另有兩件抹茶Waffle同鬆餅配Waffle同鬆餅一起吃的檸檬醬、奇異果醬和吉士醬,

以往較少食英式下午茶,總覺得好睇唔好食,但今天這個日式下午茶給我帶來了新的感覺,食物貫徹了日本菜的美味,又不失和式美食的精巧,實在是好睇又好食。可惜我不太好新派日式fusion菜,只對傳統壽司有興趣,所以不會試這裡的晚餐。有空再來洲際酒店時,會試一試SPOON by Alain Ducasse這間西餐廳!祝天下父親 父親節快樂
