To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翡翠鮮貝餃造型不錯,味道也好和五里飯店內的點心

蘆薈涼粉有惊喜和想像中的完全不一樣有驚喜。有層次。

98元原雪燕香芒椰子盅(CanLaH菜單) 這個應該是這裡最有層次的甜點。用了原隻椰星,底部有椰子佈丁,加入椰肉和芒果,柚子,再加入了像楊枝甘露汁和雪燕,味道非常有層次絕對推介。

梅菜叉燒腸粉,外皮有米味QQ弾彈的,配了芫茜和叉燒粒,也有蝦肉,上面再加上梅菜粒。味道非常有層次,口感也好,有驚喜。

煙燻鴨胸鹹水角58元+10% 這個鹹水角做成梨形,不油膩,味道可以不錯,如果能加上果味的醬汁會更加驚喜。
