To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐湯🍵 - 佢餐湯有兩個選擇(中/西),我叫左個西式嘅菠菜桃膠忌廉濃湯,好香好重菠菜味,亦有好多桃膠,好香濃好好飲。

前菜🥗 - 兩款前菜分別係羅馬蕃茄配胡麻醬及涼拌黑木耳,兩款都好清新好開胃。

手卷🍙 - 手卷我要左蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷,好fresh,紫菜又好爽脆,不過有少少草青味。

牛油果新吞拿鮮豆包蕎麥焗千層闊麵 - 我本人好鐘意食千層闊麵,所以揀左佢做我今晚嘅主食,佢亦焗得好出色,唔講係素真係估唔到,佢做到好香口,食落真係好似有肉香味咁,焗到熱辣辣/脆卜卜,食過返尋味。

意大利牛肝菌🍄乾燒伊麵 - 呢個可能係我食過最好食嘅乾燒伊麵,佢牛肝菌味好濃好香,配埋佢d牛肝菌汁索晒入去d伊麵度,真係一絕。

甜品🍰🍦 - 甜品就加配咗伯爵紅茶乳酪蛋糕,紅茶同乳酪嘅味道都好出,又唔係太甜,質感亦都好軟滑,我覺得出色過好多酒店嘅出品。

飲品 - 餐飲加配左杯香脆五穀杏仁牛奶,味道有啲似杏霜個類,未算好突出。


🍽環境:餐廳環境好雅致,好有d古典嘅感覺,裝飾以白色同紫色為主,好似7~80年代嘅西式餐廳feel,感覺比人好舒服,食飯都變得心情好輕鬆。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:職員服務好好,聲線好溫和,整體俾人感覺舒服,我個set有甜品,職員見到我食晒主菜時會主動問我需唔需要上甜品


💰💸價錢:今日total叫左一個dinner set,加配左特飲同甜品,再叫左個意大利牛肝菌乾燒伊麵,埋單$400左右,以佢嘅食物質數加埋個舒適的環境,絕對係值。


🐲💬總結:我覺得如果我個排食得肉太多,想食下素菜健康下,都會再嚟試吓佢其他出品。
