To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀厚福街美食林立一向都知，但無諗過除左美食之外，仲可以食埋環境。就係呢間位於H8 9樓"Amitie Kitchen"嘅西餐廳裡面優雅闊落，情調十足坐得舒服。3款熱辣辣餐前麵包伴有牛油及士多啤梨醬。其中牛角包最好味又鬆又香，唔使搽牛油都已經有好香牛油味。火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇莎莎經過輕輕火炙，呈現半熟狀態，表面焦香，裡面仍嫩滑，加上厚切口感豐富。牛肝菌露筍意大利飯牛肝菌香味浸透每口飯，加左蘆筍令飯一點也不膩。最值得一讚係80z美國頂級西冷，點了五成熟，熟度剛剛好，肉質仍粉嫩，沒有血水，外面煎得焦香但肉汁仍鎖住，非常正黃金蟹餅炸得香脆不油膩，包著滿滿蟹肉，如果不是要留肚食甜品，可以食多個😂法式橙酒煮班戟橙味道濃烈，雲呢拿雪糕味同樣突出，酸中帶甜，甜中又帶酸，配搭清新。
