這次來了位於尖沙咀棉登徑新開的廚師發板日本餐廳,在場師傅有幾位,負責我們桌子的師傅非常認真有幸坐到壽司吧枱直接望到壽司師傅製作過程嗌咗一份壽司定食$298包括前菜沙律八件壽司同甜品,還有配麵豉湯和和風風味茶碗蒸壽司名字都不太記得,但師傅非常細心講解另外叫了和牛海膽丼$368賣相精緻,份量也非常足夠粉嫩的和牛是用九州的極上A5熊本和牛。而配上新鮮嘅海膽真係非常鮮甜當日平日中午十二點去到滿位,如果係週末建議預約先好去。係尖沙咀呢個位置性價比咁高

壽司名字都不太記得,但師傅非常細心講解
另外叫了和牛海膽丼$368
賣相精緻,份量也非常足夠
粉嫩的和牛是用九州的極上A5熊本和牛。而配上新鮮嘅海膽真係非常鮮甜

當日平日中午十二點去到滿位,如果係週末建議預約先好去。
係尖沙咀呢個位置性價比咁高
