久違了的九龍塘rice paper我們Order 了蟹肉沙律, 生牛肉湯河, 串燒雞牛豬蟹肉沙律有牛油果, 沙律菜清新可口,榛子提供脆脆的口感,配上蝦片,組合起來有驚喜!惟醬汁稍酸, 未必人人鍾意.生牛肉湯河湯底有牛肉香味,雖然牛肉定來到時已經接近全熟, 但肉質仍然不會過老, GOOD!串燒雞牛豬各二串, 一般東南亞串燒牛肉串都比較危險, 經常有過韌的情況, 但這裡就沒有, 肉亦醃得好, 雞豬也是好吃香茅青檸梳打:青檸味掩蓋了香茅的香味,只算合格青檸薑蜜:正!薑味同青檸味平衡,飲完就像有一股暖流運行全身!haha
