To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠享邨一直是姑媽的飯堂,一星期總有三,四晚於那里晚膳,我最喜歡它們的脆皮咕嚕肉,一般酒家都不能好好把握這道菜的精髓!不是脆漿太厚,就是芡汁太酸,又或是肉質過分烹調而令整道菜沒有了生氣!但這里的廚師卻恰如其份的把這道菜完美地呈現,醬汁的酸度跟嫩滑的肉質調和得宜,脆漿的厚薄拿捏得十分精準,單是這個菜已經可以吞下三碗白飯!另外闊佬炒飯也是我的至愛,欖角的鹹香令整個炒飯齒甲留香,每次都會留肚扒下二大碗才罷休
