以前🧒🏻👧🏻喺中環番工個時，好鐘意食一幻拉麵既特濃蝦汁叉燒拌麵，但係依家招牌蝦湯拉麵好食啲！招牌蝦湯拉麵湯麵可以揀幼麵/粗麵，而湯底可以揀鹽味/味噌/醬油，我哋揀咗幼麵醬油湯底。 醬油蝦湯底味道濃郁鮮甜，配埋慢煮叉燒同糖心蛋，好食！🥰特濃蝦汁叉燒拌麵拌麵固定咗係粗麵，配料有蔥、紫菜、紅薑、半隻糖心蛋同叉燒粒，叉燒粒香口肉質軟嫩，唔會嚡口。蝦汁淡味，以前喺中環分店食覺得蝦汁好濃味好正，而家淨係覺得成碗麵感覺油膩，但係冇蝦味🥹📍 一幻拉麵 (屯門)屯門屯隆街3號屯門市廣場一期2樓2319號舖

湯麵可以揀幼麵/粗麵，而湯底可以揀鹽味/味噌/醬油，我哋揀咗幼麵醬油湯底。 醬油蝦湯底味道濃郁鮮甜，配埋慢煮叉燒同糖心蛋，好食！🥰
