太古廣場餐廳, 喜歡的幾間都不見了, Thai Basil是從數年前曾在金鐘工作開始到訪後就喜歡上的。其中最喜歡的是軟殼蟹米紙卷。軟殼蟹炸得甘香, 米紙卷不乾不硬, 點上芒果汁, 開胃的絕配。炸蝦餅炸得香脆, 份量頗多。青咖哩一直是我喜歡的菜式, 不過今次的青咖哩怪怪的, 不是青咖哩味, 是四川麻辣味...最後這個牛柳出乎預期的好, 肉質嫩滑, 熟度適中, 讚!
