To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近同朋友飯局如果係選擇中式酒家,我似乎已經慣性了去彩福,因為感覺口味適合同餐廳舒適。而今次去到紅磡做嘢都唔例外,去到位於置富都會嘅彩福分店。去過唔同分店發現到原來每間分店都做緊不一樣嘅套餐,今晚我們所點嘅係優惠商務四人餐,包括原盅豐料靓燉湯,滿滿嘅瘦肉同雞腳,除了湯味清甜外,骨膠感亦十分豐富。清蒸沙巴龍蠆班,大約一斤倆兩,唔太大隻,所以肉質較嫩,魚味唔太重,需要以蒸魚豉油同姜葱絲提味。美味胡麻脆蝦球,蝦肉炸得外皮金脆,沾上胡麻醬十分惹味,新穎嘅煮法,不錯。脆皮一品燒雞,同其他分店嘅南乳脆皮雞接近,只是少了南乳沾醬,但配以華鹽也另有風味。濃湯鮮茄浸菜苗,菜肉均衡,食完多度肉食,跟上呢度菜苗正好解膩,鮮茄嘅微酸,更添食慾紅米瑤柱炒飯,紅米當堂感覺上健康啲,但其實都偏油有進步空間。桂花百合紅豆糕,唔太甜桂花淡香,留有餘香
