最近身邊好多朋友或者同事都喜歡上深圳食野,今次我反而叫個內地朋友帶我係香港食佢地覺得好食既中菜,咁我提議食川菜,因為最近天氣凍左,食辣野唔怕大汗踏細汗,又可以暖胃。朋友帶左我去銅鑼灣百樂中心既樓上餐廳,叫四姐,餐廳感覺係私房菜既裝修格局,令我更加期待。朋友決定晒今晚既食物,我對個涼麵同水煮魚印象最深刻,涼麵既麵質一啲都唔乾身,個味道調得好恰當,係出面係食唔到,而且放左一陣先再食,麵質都冇改變。而個水煮魚無論係魚肉同個味道都好高質,係真材實料,魚肉好滑有鮮味。
