旺角美食多蘿蘿,要突圍而出非易事。今次去試下川菜,坊間印象川菜以麻、辣、鮮、香為特色,以一菜一格、百菜百味而聞名。呢間餐廳主打烤魚、鷄煲、酸菜魚。我地叫左檸檬魚,酸中帶甜,甜中帶少許微辣,十分適合愛食川菜又不可以食太辣的明友,加上鱸魚鮮嫩、醬汁酸甜開胃,可口非常,十分適合伴飯。另外,我地叫左個奇味鷄煲,兩杯都係酸酸甜甜、味道清新,唔會太甜,相對而言後者會冇咁酸。兩杯都好適合配搭其他濃味嘢食,尤其咁熱嘅天氣超級消暑,正!
