To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位置係奇華工業大廈地下既「奇華小廚」就唔係太近港鐵站，係荔枝角站行去都有段距離，唔熟路既都好易會搞錯行左定行右，行到黎呢又會俾佢間奇華餅店影響左視線，搵唔到個門口，其實餐廳夾住間奇華餅店係中間，左右兩邊各有一個出入口架😅😅唔好睇佢寫住奇華又正正係奇華工廈，要奇華既員工先可以行入黎食呀！佢地係無任歡迎，行得入去就自己乖乖跟住阿姐既指示坐定定，睇好食咩就叫阿姐埋黎落單。又咪睇佢地係工廈餐廳呀，佢地既阿姐係用app落單架！呢度除左日常既碟頭飯、小菜、小炒，仲有燒咪飯食架！呢次就order左佢既「蜜汁雞脾併叉燒飯」，已經叫左少飯，都仲係勁多飯，下次要試下叫半飯😅唔怕肥膩既可以order肥叉，肥叉真係肥美香口好多架！呢飯蜜汁雞脾真係飽到食唔落碟飯，呢款真係好抵食，細食既真係可以叫呢個set加多杯drink兩份share食，咁就唔使浪費食物la😃
