To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這裡裝修實而不華,大木枱、矮背椅、牆壁貼上風景畫,沒有奢華佈置,與台灣的簡樸不謀而合。 午餐幾抵食,70幾蚊,有主食、小食&飲品。點了招牌紅燒牛肉麵🥣$78,配黃金皮蛋、泡沫紅茶。友人點了其他餐,小食併埋一齊食,開心share,包括:蒜泥白肉、麻辣豬耳及手拍青瓜。 紅燒牛肉麵麵條係幾爽口嘅,牛肉用左牛𦟌,有咬口、肉味濃,整體料係唔錯嘅,但美中不足係個湯,食過台灣出名嘅紅燒牛肉麵,湯底係靈魂,呢度個湯,味唔夠濃郁,肉味偏淡,醬油味反而過濃。 黃金皮蛋🥚呢個小食唔錯喎,賣相好靚,蛋黃有小小流心,灑上芝麻增添了香味。 蒜泥白肉🧄-蒜味唔夠麻辣豬耳🌶-豬耳爽脆,麻味幾出,不過如果想食辣而選這個,或許會有點失望,我唔太食辣就覺得啱啱好。 手拍青瓜🥒-青瓜腍左小小,我鍾意食爽口d嘅青瓜,所以呢個唔太ok。 總結,味道唔算十分勁好味,不過都算ok,無伏味。

麵條係幾爽口嘅,牛肉用左牛𦟌,有咬口、肉味濃,整體料係唔錯嘅,但美中不足係個湯,食過台灣出名嘅紅燒牛肉麵,湯底係靈魂,呢度個湯,味唔夠濃郁,肉味偏淡,醬油味反而過濃。
