朋友系觀塘放工,又吾想食APM嘅餐廳,佢就有一個提議不如去工廈食好西,可以傾吓計,就不如食西餐,上到去覺得個環境幾大,而且座位幾寬闊,服務員好殷勤又有禮貌,逐一介紹餐牌裏邊嘅主菜!頭盤有兩款選擇,燒有機紅菜頭伴羊奶芝士,北海道帆立貝、檸檬泡沫,紅菜頭好新鮮配上羊奶芝士好夾,而帆立貝煮得啱啱好唔會太熟,檸檬泡沫好特別另一個系焗車打芝士,煙肉大傘姑,大姑烤煮適中,外少少烤香,好多姑汁湧出嚟!餐湯係牛肝菌湯、非常香濃牛肝菌,而蟹肉粟米茸湯味道好清新而且食到粒粒香甜粟米,主角主菜:烤紐西蘭有骨肉眼12安士$318,order五成熟,控制火候啱啱好,牛味重丶冇筋。三色果仁焗紐西蘭BB羊仔鞍,檸檬🍋芥末$248,七成熟,本身羊仔鞍肉質嫰身,吾So,配合酸甜嘅醬汁好開胃!可以加$58頭盤、湯、甜品(是日甜品係檸檬🍋芝士蛋糕🍰)、茶,我另外轉左個甜品,雲呢拿雪糕配自家製蘋果批,個蘋果批推介之一,蘋果批係外脆內鬆,香甜鬆脆,一層層酥皮,冷熱口感!
