To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店員係我一坐低冇幾耐就企定定係我格黎等我落單。好喇,落左三餸,最後出單比我發覺佢落左四餸,好正常同返店員講聲。店員即刻用質問態度反覆問我好幾次「下,你冇落腩肉?你有嗌喎。」我答返佢幾次我冇嗌到。我坐收銀處格黎,事後聽到店員大大聲同收銀個位員工講又話我嗌左又指住餐牌又話冇嗌,似係講比我聽。員工非常唔專業以及冇禮貌。。
