To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鮮鯪魚球魚湯米粉- 奶白色的湯底魚味極濃郁,碗邊掛著一梳梳白色魚肉絲,及少量黃黑色的魚皮,整碗湯麵一條魚骨也沒有,專業。惟湯底散發著薑絲的香辣味,理解需用薑僻魚腥,但若薑的份量能做到能僻腥但又不影響湯底的味道,肯定會天下無敵- 芫茜、洋蔥和芹菜散發清新鮮香,為湯底添上多份層次,多喝也不會寡;炸蒜粒只滲出淡淡蒜味,不夠香口,但好處是沒搶去魚湯鮮味;木耳絲爽脆- 鯪魚球未算鮮味,彈牙度屬中等;散發淡淡陳皮香;內藏馬蹄粒,添爽脆;看到芹菜,但沒芹菜味;有極微細的碎骨,不會傷到口腔,只是感覺不太討好- 米粉吸湯力極佳*偏黑色的辣椒油香辣帶甘味*另有淡黃色菜脯粒,拌入了紅辣椒,尚算惹味爽脆,惟完全不辣
