To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我最近去了一家剛開張的餐廳,我必須說,服務體驗比起他們其他分店差很多。而且價格也相當昂貴。他們每人收取18元的茶位費,前菜更是高達28元!更糟糕的是,當我點了蠔餅後,驚訝地發現裡面竟然夾著一根長長的頭髮。真是太噁心了。我絕對不會再去這家分店用餐了!總結起來,儘管這家餐廳是新開的,但在服務品質方面與其他分店相比明顯不足。此外,過高的價格,包括茶位費和昂貴的前菜,讓人非常失望。蠔餅中有根頭髮的存在更是令人作嘔。我強烈建議大家不要去這家分店用餐。
