冇一個元朗地膽係唔識呢間足足有3️⃣0️⃣年歷史嘅馳名粥店。最特別係有自選煲仔粥,提供超過30款材料,好似揀車仔麵d餸咁🤣宜家港島區同九龍區嘅朋友終於唔洗遠赴元朗朝聖啦! 💗貴妃雞豬潤粥($58)每煲粥都係即叫即滾,粥底用咗泰國頂級絲苗米,再混合兩種米嚟煮,煲至稠身綿滑有米香,滲出少量雞油唔會油膩🍲入面有好多貴妃雞件,雞肉連皮食落鮮嫩有彈性,且帶鹹香🐥豬膶亦份量十足,厚度唔會太薄,口感爽滑味道甘香。加入薑絲辟腥同蔥花,食完都唔覺味精重。💗紅燒脆皮乳鴿($65)挑選10両重嘅乳鴿,浸完滷水後噴冰水,令口感更爽嫩🦆風乾後即叫即炸,外皮相當香脆,皮下脂肪少,內裡肉質飽滿嫩滑,但未算爆哂肉汁,而且鴿胸稍為有d乾🤔💗香脆炸両腸粉($20)腸粉皮係即叫即拉,好薄好滑而且有米香。 不過最大問題係入面條油炸鬼唔新鮮,完全唔脆,配埋甜豉油同甜醬食都救唔番😟💗蜆介鯪魚球($52)鯪魚球炸至金黃香口,每粒都脹卜卜,而且乾身唔油膩。口感結實有彈性,魚味濃一d都唔腥,調味足夠之餘又唔蓋過魚鮮🐠靈魂之處當然係蜆芥汁,點完之後充滿咸香,而且蜆仔完整飽滿,配落去食為鯪魚提鮮🦪💗海蜇薰蹄($52)海蜇非常彈牙但唔會難咬,用咗

💗海蜇薰蹄($52)
海蜇非常彈牙但唔會難咬,用咗麻油同辣椒油調味,香辣同時帶少少甜味。燻蹄肥瘦適中,豬皮同筋膜食落爽口,瘦肉部份亦唔會乾,點埋旁邊嘅酸辣汁更開胃🐷
