這裡一踏進店內便充斥著一二三手煙味,搖骰盅、中佬高談闊論聲等達到爆分貝水平,地板牆壁全是不知名的餸汁漬及歲月的痕跡,椅子雖有背但坐不舒適......關於環境氣氛全是缺點,尚可吸引我來只因二字——美食。星期六,客接客、枱接枱,等了十分鐘,小二才有空來收拾上手的剩菜殘渣,一口氣找住她點了三道菜:椒鹽鴨舌、菜膽雞半隻、油浸筍殼魚。每碟的碟頭也是加底般份量,椒鹽鴨舌應更名為椒鹽白飯魚鴨舌,有別於別處用炸粉絲墊底上面就丁點鴨舌,這裡是白飯魚多得幾乎可自成一味餸,鴨舌也一大堆,用來送酒的話是酒喝光而這炸物還是吃不完,加上此處空調偏冷,還是繼續脆口;菜膽雞用了生菜作膽,雖不夠我特愛某元朗飯店的專業,雞味不夠、皮太肥,但煮法還是有功架,下了些瑤柱增味,雞亦弄得夠滑,算是中上;今晚居然有這些年在街市問魚佬也會見笑的筍殼魚,而且同時間,至少三枱也叫了。魚來,皮是炸魚皮的口感,魚肉細嫩,很易夾碎,一家人不用公筷就這樣相濡以沫;又來眼闊肚窄,意猶未盡又點了個三絲炸麵,吃了幾撮便投降,是太大碟了。
