To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

父親大人的生日，又約了親戚一起吃飯。還是照舊來到海港，食物質素比富X好很多，變成長輩生日食堂了。叫了套餐，跟濟州橙汁，都幾好飲，可惜分量較少，十幾人是不夠的。一開始上菜的是蝦伊麵，表妹表哥們都很喜歡，因為我們有16人，所以叫再叫了一盤。這個炒西芹都挺好吃。單叫的伊麵分量又少很多。麻辣口水雞很受歡迎，可惜竟然有部分未熟，個侍應竟然拿去煮多陣拿返上台。乳豬來了！我的最愛啊！！！！！！！！！！皮脆肉嫩！好快就被掃光！單點了黑椒豬手，也是很好吃。糯米飯也是我的最愛，這個套餐我已經吃過5次了。最後的紅豆沙就一般般，太水了。總體來說今日還是開心的！
