To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常餐味道意外難食！🤢

見金記新開，而且有好多人排隊，諗住去試吓啦！入到去啲位有啲細，不過感覺都算乾淨，但係台面上都有啲污跡。金記係用手機自己落單，而入邊嘅食物可以自己customise，例如阿華田都可以揀甜度，多奶少奶等等。我哋一人嗌左一個常餐，嚟到嘅時候覺得個份量都幾細下，尤其是個沙嗲牛肉米粉個碗真係超級細，而個奶油豬都係細，比平時出面嘅要細得多，仲要冇加奶油添。講真個味道真係意外地難食！！連普通茶記都好食過佢！我哋百思不得其解點解咁多人排隊。。。個沙嗲牛肉米粉啲牛肉係超級唔新鮮，仲要有啲奇怪味，真係我食過最難食嘅沙爹牛麵 。。而佢所謂可以自己customize啲嘢食都係流嘅，譬如我杯阿華田揀咗多奶多粉，但成杯野都淡茂茂，真係唔好飲😓😓我同朋友食完之後都異口同聲話唔會再幫襯，我哋真係唔明金記點解咁多人排隊。。。
