呢個漢拏山炒飯,韓國好出名架新派芝士熔岩蛋漿飯($48)平時去韓式餐廳食泡菜芝士飯閒閒地都百幾二百蚊,呢個竟然做到五十蚊都唔駛,諗都無諗就嗌黎睇下佢咩料到先上蛋漿同芝士,要黎一陣落落個飯度撈,就咁睇個芝士🧀真係完全唔孤寒,一大碗擺係你面前,蛋漿份量亦唔少,然後一個鐵板送到首先將蛋漿倒係飯既中間,等佢自己慢慢流落鐵板。然後炒下d蛋炒到呈半生熟,最後再放入芝士繼續炒,芝士溶左就食得!拎起一羹睇,真係見到幾多芝士拉絲,就咁望都令到人流哂口水,飯入面有泡菜、午餐肉(相對較少)同韓式辣醬,食落飯真係偏淋,水份太多,但芝士就真係食到幾多,整體以呢個價黎講算唔錯!
