To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱咪有朋友推介就嚟咗荃灣呢間初見到試吓啦！大概七點幾到嘅時候已經有好多人等緊位，入到位終於明白點解會咁多人排隊！睇一睇菜單其實以日本菜黎講，價錢真係非常之公道，仲要一入到舖頭就聞到好香嘅龍蝦湯味！🥘季節海鮮鍋（龍蝦湯配白飯）（$88）🦞龍蝦湯非常之香，而且有好多海鮮，以$88來講真係好抵食。海鮮好新鮮，款式都多有蟶子、蝦、三文魚塊 ，但唯一比較美中不足係個湯比較淡但都清甜既，要點啲日本豉油先夠味啲！初見香草吉列牛（$128）🐄吉列牛就食得多但係綠色嘅吉列牛就第一次見，佢個樣超有趣，帶襯綠色嘅邊，但其實唔係好食得出香草味！牛肉非常嫩口，切得好薄所以燒起身好快熟！一啲都唔覺得韌！雖然都係睇細細碗，但係食落火鍋同吉列牛都非常之飽肚！餐廳菜單都有好多唔同嘅選擇，如果大家係住近荃灣嘅話都不妨你試啦！

🥘季節海鮮鍋（龍蝦湯配白飯）（$88）🦞


龍蝦湯非常之香，而且有好多海鮮，以$88來講真係好抵食。海鮮好新鮮，款式都多有蟶子、蝦、三文魚塊 ，但唯一比較美中不足係個湯比較淡但都清甜既，要點啲日本豉油先夠味啲！
